CuNi44, also known as Constantan, is a classic copper-nickel resistance alloy. It boasts stable electrical resistance, an extremely low temperature coefficient of resistance, as well as excellent corrosion resistance, ductility and solderability. Being non-magnetic, it suits various working conditions. It is widely used for precision resistors, potentiometers, thermocouple compensation wires, strain gauges and heating elements in electronic instruments and industrial equipment.
