Product Description
CuSn9P thermal spray wire is a high-tin phosphor bronze alloy wire containing approximately 9% tin and a small amount of phosphorus. It is designed for thermal spraying to provide heavy-duty wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coatings.
Compared with CuSn1 and CuSn5P, CuSn9P offers significantly higher hardness, better load-bearing capacity, and improved resistance to sliding wear, making it suitable for demanding service conditions.
It is suitable for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing dense coatings with good adhesion for surface protection and dimensional restoration.
